So Behind

I cannot even begin to catch up to what my creative brain is dreaming up...I am soooo busy in the brain and not in the craft room...I think I will have to get daycare for the kids to have time to craft..that just doesn'tsound right..but when I tried to make cards with my daughter beside me..I looked up and she was shaking her glitter container over my head....sparkles everywhere...oh well..maybe she is on to something...

Etsy OVerload

As of right now I am an etsy addict. I have been hooked on the fourms for two days straight. Yikes. I am supposed to spend my spare time making art....
I have some goals I need to get figured out
1. work on my mosaics for etsy
2.take cards to local gift shop
3.add the blogs i check daily to my link list (ask them first)
4.take more pictures
5.feed my kids...(this should be number one)

It's been a while since I have posted

I am just getting the hang of this kind of blog..I have a family picture blog, but to write about what I make, or do seems weird, until I look at all the other crafter blogs, and on etsy and it inspires me...so here are some cards I have made....and put on etsy

Online

For those who know me well...I start a lot of new things and never really follow through..or as I like to look at it, I am an ideas person..but I have found two things that I really really like to do..one is mosaics..I have always been attracted to them and have always wanted to learn how to do it..so I taught myself how..and then realized I live in a town with no craft store...so ebay it was...I have been working for over a year,s aving up just to aquire all of the equipment, tiles, grout, clippers,glass,plates,cups,nippers,wood...and a saw (thanks hon, for mothers day I got a jigsaw!)

I was recently led to http://www.etsy.com/ which is a paradise of handmade goods...really really great stuff..and an incredibly fun webiste just to visit..go to the colours page and watch that one go!
So I took pictures of the cards and put them on my own shop http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5228631 and I am getting ready for feedback..I really hope they sell, but I also hope that I will stay motivated to make more ...it really has been an amazing outlet for the stress of having two kids!..while i adore them..mommy needs craft time too!...
